Return and Refund Policy
At Hourmodmy, each watch is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be considered if:
- the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
- the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- the item is returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
- the item has no signs of damage, wear, resizing, scratches, tampering, or misuse
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- custom-built or made-to-order watches
- discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items
- watches damaged due to misuse, impact, water exposure, or improper handling
- items that have been opened, worn, adjusted, resized, or altered in any way
- returns requested after the 7-day period
3. Return Approval Required
All returns must be requested and approved by us first before being sent back.
Any item returned without prior approval may be refused.
To request a return, customers must provide:
- order number
- reason for return
- clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving any return.
4. Condition Inspection
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Approval of a return does not automatically guarantee a refund. If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
5. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds:
- will be issued to the original payment method
- do not include original shipping fees
- may be subject to deduction for payment processing fees, handling costs, or any loss in value caused by the customer
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent by us.
We are not responsible for returned parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
8. Final Decision
We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy. All decisions made regarding returns and refunds are final.
