Hourmodmy currently offers free shipping within Malaysia only.
All orders are processed only after full payment has been received and verified. As our watches are independently custom-built, each order requires time for preparation before shipment.
Estimated order timeline:
- Order processing: around 1–2 working days
- Assembly time: around 2–5 working days
- Quality testing: around 1–3 working days
- Shipping time: around 2–3 working days
The average total timeline is around 10–15 working days depending on the model, order volume, courier service, public holidays, and other operational factors.
All timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order verification, assembly requirements, quality control, courier issues, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Free shipping applies to Malaysia addresses only unless otherwise stated. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
